Terms of Service

The rules for using Yoota. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing credits.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yoota ("Yoota", "we", "us"), an AI fashion photography platform available at yoota.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Yoota lets you upload a product image and generate AI-created, on-model fashion photography and related imagery and video. Generation is powered by third-party AI models. Output quality varies and is not guaranteed to match any specific expectation.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Yoota. Notify us at support@yoota.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Credits and payment

Yoota operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you generate images or video. Current pack prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout.

  • Credits are consumed at the moment a generation request is submitted.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for cash.
  • Prices are stated in US dollars and may change; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and your rights to output

Your uploads. You retain all rights to the product images and other material you upload. You grant Yoota a limited licence to store and process that material solely to operate the service and deliver your results.

Your output. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to payment for the credits used, you own the images and video you generate with Yoota. You may use them commercially — on your store, in advertising, on social media, and in print — without paying any additional fee or royalty to Yoota.

Because AI models can produce similar results for similar prompts, we cannot guarantee that generated output is unique, and we do not warrant that it is free of third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Yoota to create, upload, or distribute:

  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor, in any form.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
  • Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their documented consent — including public figures — in a way that is deceptive, defamatory, or implies endorsement.
  • Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
  • Counterfeit goods, or imagery intended to pass off a product as an authentic branded item when it is not.
  • Hateful, harassing, violent, or unlawful material.
  • Content that misrepresents a product's actual appearance in a way likely to deceive a purchaser.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, resell access to it, abuse rate limits, or use automated means to extract data from it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund of consumed credits.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Yoota available and working, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoota disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoota will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Yoota in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Yoota harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your uploads, your generated output, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using Yoota and request deletion of your account at any time via the app or by emailing support@yoota.io. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Unused credits are handled under our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page, and where appropriate we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
